 DELTA DIVISION
WORKED ALL GRIDS AWARD

This award is offered to any amateur radio operator who submits written confirmation of two way QSOs with stations in each of the  40 unique grids in the Delta Division of ARRL.

Rules: Jan 1, 2010 is the official start date and QSL cards must be submitted with a date of Jan 1, 2010 or after.    QSL cards submitted with a QSO date before Jan 1, 2010 will not be accepted.

Some grids are partially in other divisions, but for the purposes of this award only contacts made with stations inside the Delta Division (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Tennessee) will count.   QSL cards must show a location in one of these states and contain enough information so the grid square can be determined.

All  contacts must be made from locations within 200km of each other.  Any amateur band and mode may be used.     No contacts may be made through repeaters, except for satellites.

Maritime mobile contacts count, but aeronautical mobiles do not .  There are no specialty endorsements.    Applicants may be disqualified for altered or forged confirmations or contacts that violate FCC rules.

There are two ways to achieve the award.   You can submit 40 QSL cards and receive a certificate for working all grids.     The Basic Award will be given when QSL cards for 30 or more grids have been submitted.  Then,  endorsement stickers to add to your certificate will be given for 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40 grids. Special recognition on the Delta Division web site will be given to those achieving all 40 grids.

Grids needed are as follows:EL 39,49,58,59,and EM 26,36,46,56,66,76,86,96,25,35,45,55,65,75,85, 24,34,44,54,64,74,23,33,43,53,22,32,42,52,21, 31,41,51,30,40,50.

The Delta Division Awards Committee has the right to confirm or deny this award.   The awards committee reserves the right to change the requirements  at any time.

The cost for the basic or full award is $6.00 this includes shipping of the certificate and the return of up to 40 QSL cards  to a U.S. address via USPS.   The cost for endorsement stickers is $1.00.   Any special requests, such as having your cards returned via registered or certified mail, sent to an address outside the US, send via UPS or FEDEX, etc,  will result in  additional costs.
